– 내화설비 또는 지역 : 내화처리 대상 기입
– 내화부위 : 내화처리 범위 기입
– 내화기준 및 시간 : KSF-2257-1, 6, 7에 의한 기준, 시간 기입
-> 내화시험성적서 첨부 (콘크리트, 모르타르 제외)
