건물 상부에서 철거 작업 중 건물이 굴착기의 하중을 견디지 못하여 붕괴
방수 역할을 하는 지붕이 없는 상황에서 빗물이 콘크리트로 스며들어 구조가 약화된 탓에 건물이 굴착기에 무게를 견디지 못한 것으로 추정
