수막현장이란?
※ 달리고 있는 차량의 타이어와 노면 사이에 수막이 생겨 타이어가 노면 접지력을 살실하는 현장으로 스티어링휠, 블레이크, 엑셀레이터를 제어할 수 없게 되는 위험한 상황을 말합니다.
예방대책
1. 타이어 마모상태의 주기적인 확인
2. 타이어 공기압의 주기적인 확인 (평소보다 5~10% 더 공기주입)
3. 과속 금지, 안전운행 (빗길에서 평소보다 20% 이상 서행)
