1. 안전대 Hook 은 임시설비(난간대 등)가 아닌 가급적 구조물에 체결한다
2. 최하사점을 고려하여 Hook 체결 높이를 결정한다
최하사점 판단
H > h, 안전
H = h, 위험
H < h, 사고
H < h : 사고위험 H > h : 안전확보
ex) 작업자의 키 180cm 의 경우
1.0m + (1.0 * 30%)m + 0.9m = 2.2m
* 로프 지지 위치에서 바닥면까지 2.2m 초과하여 확보 필요
