[Letter] 보험서류제출 – 계약 전

▣ 공사계약에 따라 어떤 현장에서는 보험의 가인자 명의를 발주처와 시공자 공동명의로 하는 경우가 있는데, 이 경우 보험약정서를 미리 발주처에 제출하여 승인을 받아야 한다. 현장에서 가입해야 하는 보험의 대개 1)공사보험, 2)건설장비보험, 3)제3자 피해보험, 4)산재보험이며 자동차보험은 별도로 한다. 이 예문에서는 세개의 보험에 대한 가계약서를 제출하여 승인을 요청한 것이다.

Dear Sir,

We have pleasure in submitting drafts of Insurance Policies for Lot Ia comprising Insurance of Works, Insurance of Constructional Plants, and Third Party Insurance.

Upon receipt of your agreement, we will take out the policies in the joint names of the King Abdulaziz University and this Company.

Clauses 21, 22 and 23 of General Conditions of the Contract, refers.
