Inspection

Routine and continuous inspections of workforce are performed throughout the work-day. These inspections need to documented to manage safety concerns on site. The inspector, the supervisor and managers can issue anythings about safety activity and conditions. this is to be made safety cultures. Observations are discussed along with corrective action be taken.

Measures

The safety officer prepare a list to find measures from unsafe actions or conditions or to reduce a risk. Other means to document concerned items are included in the central action register to be kept by a manager and formal correspondence and discussions at the meeting as below,

 

 

 

Safety Observation Record

현장에서 발생되는 불안전한 요소를 주관적인 입장에서 발굴하고 조치하는 것들을 기록합니다. 물론 안전한 활동 및 환경도 기재를 하여 우수근로자 포상 등에 활용합니다.

즉각적으로 조치가 가능한 부적합사항은 조치하여 위험요소를 제거하고, 즉각 조치가 어려운 사항은 기록관리를 통해 계속적으로 모니터링을 할 수 있습니다. 

기록관리에 시간이 소요되는 점은 있으나 간단하게 기록관리하고, 중요사항은 특별관리를 할 필요가 있습니다.

이를 통해 현장의 안전활동 트렌드를 알 수 있고, 매년 출력인원 대비하여 Analysis Report를 작성 가능합니다.

주간/월간 회의시에도 발생된 Safety Issue를 갖고 토론 및 안전활동 방향성을 찾아갈 수 있습니다.
